The Pink Flamingo

The Pink Flamingo was a pop-up dessert bar installed on the rooftop of the Seafarers building. Complete with a working conveyor belt with DIY toppings of your dreams, liquid nitrogen ice cream, and desserts inspired by the Soda Bars of old. The Pink Flamingo ran for a sell-out two weeks and was extended for another week.
