TOP TIPS: 4 Things that make an Unforgettable Corporate Experience

1. Smile.
It might seem basic, but that’s because it’s fundamental.
Studies show that smiling can reshape the way we see the world, it can literally change our perception. Feelings of joy are a consequence of smiling;  meaning, we create happiness by smiling.

Also, smiling reduces stress, so if you feel anxious or worried about an event, smile and your body will help you calm down. That calm is relatable and contagious (in a good way). A smiling host can make the difference between an event to remember and one you want to leave as soon as possible

2. Service.
Don’t skimp on staff numbers and detail around their outfits and service tools.  This gives an elevated experience to the guests. And ensure staff know what they’re doing, with a background in theatre, we never launch without a run through.

3. Music.
Music creates a vibe, but it can also destroy it. Think about what the guests will want most from your experience; will there be lots of talking and mingling? If so, light background music is a must. Enough sound so that there’s texture but not so much that guests are competing with it.
Alternatively, if music is a key feature you want people to engage with, consider creating separate spaces for sound (soundproof rooms of noise or headphones).

4. Surprise.

Specifically, the element of. You don’t want to startle people but you also don’t want them to be so comfortable they don’t switch on and become aware.
